This weeks Featured Stamper is Vicki (aka vdm). Vicki has a wonderful gallery with so many different styles! I would think everyone would find a card that "spoke" to them.
There were so many pretty cards, but when I saw this card: QFTD63 For Queen Butterflyabella by vdm at Splitcoaststampers
I remembered I had bought those very same stickers a year or so ago. I thought I could make a little scene with the fairies.
First, I turned VDM's card vertically. The sky is made of vellum and there is one hill made out of Bazzil and the other out of Creative Imaginations. I cut up the Fairyscape Sunrise paper because it was too busy to add the fairies and butterfly. The stickers were so sticky, I couldn't peel them from their backing! (Can you say, how annOYing!) lol I was able to get the backing off of the butterfly, but not the fairies and the yellow flower that VDM used is toast. LOL Oh well. Anyway, I like the end result and I hope you do too! Thanks for taking a peek!

I knew as soon as I saw this which card you were referring to..... hehe, I love your story, I have had days like that. I really enjoy the background you have created with the sky and hills and just everything..... Thank you so much for sharing, and also for making me feel so special today... I am in awe of all the wonderfully talented people here on SCS, of which you are definitely a big part..... Thank you again....

Kathleen, your card looks a like a fairytale garden - it's magical and light and airy...you know, I don't find stickers all that easy (never mind pulling off the annoying backing!) - it's just that you've got to decide where you're going to put them and then COMMIT to it! Anyway, you did it absolutely beautifully!
