We've had wonderful fall weather here in southeastern Wisconsin. I look out my window, there are blue skies, a few clouds and some golden trees and sunshine. A perfect day for the Green Bay Packers to take out their anger and frustration on the New Orleans Saints. Hah, I'm not totally poetic today.
My card reflects the golden day outside. Vicki's gallery is fun and challenged me to do a technique I don't recall doing: emerging color. This is her card I chose: WT338 Sunburst Sunflower by vdm at Splitcoaststampers
I was true to her techniques but chose a more fallish theme. No sentiment and added some golden ribbon, copper cord and brass charm. My colors are similar to hers but not quite the same. I'm amazed at myself that I have never done emerging color. About time, I think. It's fun to see it come alive.
