I don't often get time to play in the gallery these days, but I discovered that if I ignore the housework, get invited to my Mom's for dinner, and let my little guy play video games for a couple of hours, I actually have time to stamp!!
Congrats Polly on being Queen this week, a much-deserved honor! I faved this card and have wanted to case it since Oscar Night at the teaparty; F4A105 Road to the Oscars by peeps321 at Splitcoaststampers. Of course, not having the hunk and the great car kind of hindered my CASE, but I did keep the embossed highway, the clouds, and the banner. I made my card into a twisted gift card holder. Made several attempts to photograph this, with flash, no flash, low flash, but for some reason that shiny paper did NOT like the camera..
Thanks for the sweet comments and fun, inspiring gallery, Polly, and thanks Trish for the awesome Queen this week~

Darla this is an adorable CASE of my card! I'm thrilled that you chose my Road to the Oscars card as it's one of my favs. I love the twisted layout of this..how fun! And you took that metallic and textured road and ran with it right into that sweet sky with its tiny hearts! Your choice of vehicle is awesome...loving the red truck..my little nephew would go crazy over that! Thank you so much for making time in your busy day to make this card for me....I'm so honored!
PS-If you ever need a little Cary Grant..I'd be happy to send you his image..lol! ;)

What a cool little guy card, Darla! So happy you had a little time to stamp...love it! I sympathize with the photography issue...it really is hard to capture the shiny paper!
