A quick card for yesterday's challenge to use leaves with fall colours - I wanted a card to send somebody who could do with a little happy mail just now.
A2 base, distressed lightly with Old Paper and Weathered Wood, stamped with the leaf in Vintage Photo, Wild Honey and Fired Brick, then embossed with SU's Square Lattice. I sponged the edges with Spiced Marmalade and added some ribbon and Dew Drops. The sentiment was cut with Labels 18, then sponged with Old Paper. I added the water splash in Weathered Wood, a leaf from Autumn Days (using Rock and Roll) and sponged the edges with Wild Honey and Worn Lipstick. Sentiment popped up on foam dots.

Love how you have used this EF for your background with those lovely leaves stamped on it. Edges look fantastic...then the watersplash, lovely details that highlight the sentiment. A sweet and lovely card.

Happy mail indeed! When I read your sentiment it warmed my heart! Love the texture!
