Made for the Hope You Can Cling To Challenges for 2012. And so we begin with a card reflecting our own personal style.
I love trying techniques with my stamps and inks and I love to get colourful with it. I rarely add sentiments to my cards, and nearly all my cards are devoid of bling and ribbon. I like to stick with a simple design recipe of one focal image and a background, and I like to work those stamps and inks to make it look interesting.

This is so elegant, unique and GORGEOUS. Love the contrast between the background and focal image, and all the interest you added with inks. Beautiful.

Those Cover-a-Card stamps are the best, aren't they! I thought at first it was some super-special paper till I read your list - and that was after I stopped looking at your beautiful rose.
