Hurray.....October Creative Crew Challenges are in full swing with beautiful samples of the 4 challenges from the Creative Crew :-)
The Theme for our Hostess Susie Nelson is: Step It Up!
All my cards are stepped up for each challenge.
I started with a tag using the new Perfectly Preserved stamp set and Cannery Set Framelits from the Holiday catalog. I am going to love the versatility of the stamp set and framelits.
I stepped up the card on the left by using the framelits and popping up the images. LOVED the effect and so easy. I also added the Finishing Touched Edgelits in Island Indigo. The Rasp. Ripple DSP panel and Lucky Limeade DSP behind the tags are from the awesome Orchard Harvest DSP.
Both these cards were so fun and I loved the CAS style.
Enjoy and please play along with the awesome Oct. Creative Crew Challenges.
BTW...this Holiday Focus stepped up version is one of my projects for my Oct. SU Hostess Club Party :-)

These are so classy! Love the subtle changes of your stepped up version...both are fabulous, I think! The stepped up version gives just the extra thing it needs!

Don't ya just love this stamp set and coordinating dies?! I was canning corn this month, hee hee : ) I love the touches you used to step your second card upl On both versions, I like the strip of dsp along the bottom and the subtle white-on-white panel.

It's amazing what a little *extra* can do for a card. Your first card is so pretty, but I just love the extra piece of scalloped blue card stock for a little extra eye candy.
