I started with a wood gift bag box I picked up from one of the big craft stores and covered the outside with Sugar Hill designer paper from Farm House Paper Company. Next I stamped an acorn blueprint image on Butter Mint cardstock and sponged a bit of color here and there using sponge daubers and Distress Ink pads. I then roughed the edges up, matted on Candy Bar cardstock and stitched the edges.
I created the flowers from wool blend felt using a couple of dies from My Favorite Things. I used a few pearls, a stick pin and some green burlap ribbon and jute to embellish the main image. I thought it could use a bit more sparkle so I smeared some Diamond Stickles here and there on the acorn and to the petals of the orange felt flower. I finished the box with a sentiment tag.
And for the final final step I filled the box with some ReeseÂ’s Peanut Butter Cups and Rolo candies. That is the really import stepÂ… you cannot forgot it! Lol

Very cool treat box! Like Tim's stamp w/the farmhouse background ... creative combo. All of the added embellishments give it a grand look. Bring on the rolos ... yummm.
