Today's Technique Lover's Challenge was to make your own polka dots. Obviously, I did not make the polka dots on the ribbon; but I did make those on that strip down the middle of my card. I embossed a strip of white cardstock and then sponged on the ink to the debossed side. Voila! Polka Dots!

What a cute little snowman! Love his plaid scarf and hat. Great Christmas colors Lois, and great coloring too.

Lois love your snowman with that cool eb bg that looks like snowflakes! Way cool dotted strip that you did. The dotted ribbon just adds that much more. Fabulous card! TFS :0)

Love this card, Lois. Love the embossed white layer and am amazed at that pink strip down the middle. If I hadn't read (at least six times) that you embossed WHITE CS and then inked the debossed side, I would have sworn that you had painted each and every polka dot white after embossing pink CS. Your inking is flawless. Thanks for the tip and the inspiration!
