I love making wreaths out of rosettes. This is one I did for our own home decor. I used a lot of old and new embellishments (way too many to name) along with assorted Halloween themed cardstock. It's a great way to use up cardstock that you aren't too crazy about or wonder "Why in the world did I buy that?" To make the portions that contain the wording, I first cut out some chipboard and covered it with black cardstock. I then cut some words with my Cricut and mounted them to the cardstock. I then took some "tongue depressers", painted them black with acrylic paint and hot-glued them to the back of the chipboard. When they dried, I placed hot glue on the other ends of the tongue depressers and slid them under the rosettes to attached them to the wreath. The wreath is wrapped with some shiny orange fabric that I found on a roll in one of the bins at JoAnn's. The wreath itself is a 16" styrofoam wreath and I just wrapped some wire around it to hang it after I attached the fabric. TFL
