The Perfect Layers tools from Perfect Paper Crafting was used to cut the borders. Use any brand craft knife or rotary cutter for cutting. A tutorial video can be found on the company site. For this card I used the 3/16” for the orange border and 3/8” for the purple border. The striped border is scrap which was already cut to the width you see and I used Aleene’s tacky glue to attach to the card.
The fence was punched with a Martha Stewart border punch and glued to the card.
The bats are also a Martha Stewart punch. In embossed them by using a metal ball stylus to mark the body lines while itÂ’s right side up then flipped it over and embossed and avoiding going over the lines. Tacky glued to the card.
The half pearls are attached with AleeneÂ’s Paper Glaze.
