This is for Color Challenge 393. I subbed in several colors of Distress Ink for the Lucky Limeade, but I think the bottom color block on the emboss resist is pretty close to LL. I got the other two colors in there, and added brown as my neutral. The focal image is an emboss resist that I have wanted to try since taking Stretch Your Stamps at Online Card Classes this past summer. It is a take on a card done by Jennifer McGuire, so thank you to her for that inspiration! Of course she made her emboss resist into a lovely CAS card and mine is, as usual, anything but. (Simple, I mean. Clean, well, that's your call, I did my best.)
No dessert for me this week. I discovered I have NO stamps for holiday cards. I only started stamping last February, so this is my first holiday season as a stamper and I am unprepared! Better get moving on that.
Thanks for looking!

Rachel, I love this! I really like the contrast between the white dragonflies on the resist panel and the darker one perched on the edge - and I love the strips of paper and flower accent framing it in the top corner.
No holiday stamps, LOL - just you wait!

This is a beautiful example of Emboss Resist. I love the graduated green colours and the extra dragonfly in the bottom corner. Look forward to seeing more of your work.
