This gift evolved from many ideas my son wanted to throw at me and expected every idea to be given! lol! So we picked two that he knew she would like and we came up with this. She has a fun sense of humor so I had to use the Moustache set! I have a ton of votives and a ton of Washi tape, (you know, the never ending supply?!) and I used the tape around the votive for a decorative look. I am not sure how well it will hold up once the candle gets hot, but the presentation in the beginning is nice, right? I created the box it sits in using Echo Park DP and made a strip cover with acetate which I added a sentiment on top that says, "you brighten my day." The second box holds 3 Ghiredelli chocolates which I created. Don't look closely because the dp is upside down!! :( Also, I changed the outside of the box a little after I took the picture, but if you look at the finished bag, you can see it a bit. I changed the outside to say "Curses! Foiled again!" along with a moustche cut out from the moustache dies. I finished the outside with a tag created with some Kraft cs, stamped the bg with some Tim Holtz stamps, and then the sentiment from the moustache set and a moustache cut out.
