I thought I'd pull out the ole cupcake punch and give it a go again. I used bright and fun colors as this is for my half brother who is autistic.
I finally remembered to use my candle border punch - have had it for awhile. I used different layers of the SU Sweet Pea DSP paired with pumpkin pie and taken with teal. The cupcakes were paper punched, sentiment embossed, added a couple buttons and that about wraps it up. I did pop up the ice cream on dimensionals.
Since I got this laptop, I'm not sure how my photos are coming out. They look different than on my stationary computer that died on me.

Haven't visited in a while, so decided to pop in to see your latest! Love this card. Super layering, colors, patterns. Fun all around, Pam! One of the things I also admired was your photo. Beautiful! Do you use a light box?
Come see us on "the other side" one day soon! ;)
