Let the party begin!! This card is a party in itself, I love it!! There's texture, color, sparkle and so much fun here! I love how you made a ticker tape of the birthday sentiment that's just for Miss Eula!!

How thoughtful of you to make the special birthday banner with the theme of her wonderful life for the bottom border on your card!! I love this happy penguin in party mode!! (These are my colors of choice to combine whenever I have to make a HAPPY and CHEERFUL card for a birthday - love them!!)
