This week our cards are going to Brenda, who was involved a a very serious automobile collision. While Brenda has made wonderful progress in her recovery, the Teapotters are stepping in to add some encouragement to the path she has yet to travel in her recovery.
Fran picked a beautiful teapot this week and I tried my darnedest to put that to a card. My mojo just isn't with me lately, this being the second card I did and I even started a third. I just hope the love, caring, and encouragement will come through to Brenda, who needs it the most.
The diamond is fabric attached with Heat N Bond. The flowers and sentiment panel are colored with alcohol inks. The butterfly is a second generation coloring with the shaving cream technique.

Jennifer, your love, caring and encouragement will CERTAINLY come through on this beautiful card. It is LOVELY! I particularly like the blue panels as back drops for your lacy butterfly and vines with flowers and the sentiment.

Stunning! This card is beautiful, and I am certain Brenda will know how much love and care went into it. The detailing is Fabulous, as is your description. I can just picture the second generation effect of the butterfly -- and it gives just the right softness yet strength to the whole card. Lovely.

------------------------------ We as people are raindrops of colorful ink , falling down Crisp and Clear, each a different shade more vibrant then the last, but once we realize at the bottom of an endless abyss we all fall into the same inkpot forming one color, only then can we come together as one My son.
Jennifer this is beautiful. I like how you did the bitty flowers on the vine and the blue bg is lovely against the white. Thats a gorgeous butterfly. Brenda will love this.
