This fabric seemed to lend itself more towards the city than the country. I hadn't played with the new Memory Box Cityscape Nightline and Cityscape Silhouette dies yet, so I decided to try them out. The city was cut out of elegant eggplant, the silhouette from barely banana and attached together. I left some of the windows intact, as I'm pretty sure not everyone would be home, or awake. I scored a line at the bottom, then stamped the sentiment from Papertrey's Take A Bough set, using eggplant. This is another fabric I've had for many years, by Hoffman. I collected several of their fabrics, which remind me of Northern skies, because I live in Alaska and used to quilt.

This is very pretty. I love the fabric and can see how it would be pretty on a quilt. I have this die ordered and am anxious to get it. How lucky to live in Alaska. I want to see it so bad.
