For today's IC challenge. There was a gorgeous floral coir mat with colours that I loved, and I was very tempted by the big birthday banner, but I loved these [url=http://www.oliveandcocoa.com/product/Woodland_Birds/all-gifts]wooden birds with the plain wood and simple lines. So I went with a CAS bird card.
Music Notes stamped on kraft with white and embossed. Plan A was to perch the left-hand bird on the music staff, but he didn't look right so I added a partial flourish that was sitting on the desk. I scored all around the kraft before mounting it onto an A2 black base. Sentiment is from Think Happy Thoughts.
Bird on the left is Spellbinders, the one on the bottom is Memory Box.

I love those lovely birdies!!! That beautiful flourish makes such a wonderful resting place for the one bird! They both look perfectly placed! Love the embossed music too! I am pretty sure they are singing Happy Birthday! You have made a VERY pretty Birthday card!!!

I like how you added the little notes inside the birthday sentiment. It ties your whole card together. The bird diecut sitting on the musical scale looks so cute.
