I liked the frosty look of these milk glass tealights. I used Papertrey's doily set and made a few on vellum paper and embossed them using an iridescent ep. My bg paper is a shiny silver. For the center I just added a felt snowflake and snowman sticker.

Oh WoW Polly! I was wondering what you used and how you made this beautiful card! The Vellum looks AMAZING with the embossing!!! How awesome that there is iridescent EP! I bet it looks even prettier IRL! Your little snowman is so CUTE!!! He sure adds a little fun along with the funky font on your sentiment! LOVE your fabulous Christmas/holiday card!!!

I didn't see those candles my first (and second) time out there -- thanks for the link. You've done a beautiful job with your inspiration. I always love the tenderness of vellum, and this whole card says happy winter

A delightful holiday card, Polly. Love your idea of the vellum with the iridescent embossing.....frosty looking as you said. Cute snowman and felt snowflake for the focal point.
