Feathered Bookmark TLC392

This week's technique challenge is a fold-over bookmark. I haven't made a bookmark in nearly four years, so I figured it was about time. Isn't it odd the way we get into set patterns and forget about other ideas?

There's only one small feather on this cardinal to keep the bookmark flat. The tassel is rayon crochet cord. The tassel's feather is glued to the cord, with an "E" bead over the glue.
