Lol....naw, just fibbin'. And on Sunday too! This image was a gift to me from Michele (Mitchygitchygoomy) and she colored this last November, trying to teach me how to blend Copics. I watched, I tried, I am still trying! Please take a peek at Michele's Awesome Gallery to see her incredible work of heart. She is a amazing!!!
This birthday card is for my Niece Amy (who we call Mimi). She is all of 80 lbs, wears a size "1" (yes, you read it right, sz. o-n-e) and she is an adorable blonde too! It is a riot to go shopping with her and listen to her complain that nothing is small enough. Yeah, that's the issue I always have! Bwahahaha! Happy Birthday Mimi, you sweet girl!
This is my third case of Mary's gallery today, and I chose With Love. Pink and black together are magic to me, and thought this image would pop even more using these colors and Mary's awesome layout. Not that Michele's coloring "needs" any boosting! Mary, has been fun hanging out with you today, and you have stirred my creative juices. Congrats again, you wonderful Featured Stamper! Hugs...
Thanks for looking!

I could never get the hang of my Copics. I had all four sets back when everyone was starting to use them. I could not get the hang of coloring with them and kept reaching for my paintbrush and reinkers. I finally sold them.
Your coloring on this image is wonderful and your shading makes it so perfect. I love the green. I'd say you have the Copics down pat. Oh....no pun intended. LOL!

Ahhh, the pink and black IS magic, when YOU are the card maker!! Lucky for you the image was already done and all you had to do was color the lollypop!! JK!!
The pink netting ribbon looks amazing against the black and pink layers and I (heart) your wandering stitch! How cool your sentiment looks with the mulit-layering like that - Mimi is gonna flip when she sees her cool Aunt Pat's card!! It's awesome! LYMI

Fun card and story and the coloring on that dress is fab! You will master the Copics and make them your own and then we will all be scrambling to keep up with you! I am doing a workshop on-line and I love it. It is my goal to learn to color with them one day (one of those bucket list things you know). Wonderful case my friend. Hugz and LYMI!
