I wanted to simulate the layers and the depth that you see within the glass vase above. So, I dug up some paper scraps (Pacific Point, Wild Wasabi, Peach Parfait, and Whisper White) then I used a bunch of Spellbinder dies to create layers on the card. Lastly I used my favorite stamp set (Pleasant Poppies) as my key image and colored it with Copic Markers. I decided to keep the sentiment on the small pane so I stamped a very tiny Thanks So Much using one of our retired stamps. I was thrilled when I found an old scrap of preprinted window sheets that Stampin' Up! sold a few years back because I could use it to create a shaker card just by adding a few clear beads. (The beads were delightful because they gave me some of the reflection seen in the original glass vase). Voila! Isn't it amazing what you can do with scraps when you're inspired!
Enjoy,
Audrie
