This card is for my nephew. He is in his late 20's and still living at home. My wish for him is to have courage and spread his wings.
I was struggling how to render this motorcycle in a scene, and so I browsed through the galleries of SCS members Cook22 and Kittie747 for inspiration. I am sure this is a combination of what I saw out there. There was one card in particular from Kittie747 with layers and paths, and a barn. That really helped me render the scene I wanted. I searched 7 pages back in Kittie's gallery and I can't find it now. I will try to come back and post it later.
Stamps: SU! Motorcycle, Dylusions Quote set, very old um scene stamp
DSP: Bella Blvd Spring Fling
Technique: I edged the grass myself, I stenciled the grass, I outlined the motorcycle in a gel pen, and I used Dylusions ink spray on manila cardstock for the road
Other: White gel pen, Black gel pen, Snips, Dauber, Dylusions stencil
Thank you for taking a closer look!

This is so cool!!! I love the image and how you did the road and the trees in the bg. And the technique for the sentiment using the same stamped bg color/pattern but just outlining the words in black is so creative! Your nephew will love this and I'm sure he appreciates having such a supportive aunt.

Oh - I love all the different designs in the greenery. I think you've created a beautiful scene here, and I hope it inspires your nephew.
I thought I'd have the perfect stamp for today, when DH told me I had a package. Oh yes - like I can stamp with a part for his motorbike? We only have one eBay account between us, in my name, LOL, but he never thought his part would get here so quickly.

VERY cool!!! Perfect for a young man! I have to agree with everyone, your design filled grass is amazing! Having the sentiment in there is brilliant! All those little fluffy clouds look wonderful and your sentiment is so up-lifting! Your nephew will love this and appreciate a caring Auntie!
