This is my card for the TLC391 Challenge ~ No Stamping.
I think this may be my first time playing this challenge. I loved being able to use all those wonderful embellishments we all have in our stash. And I love creating Birthday cards for friends and family.
This card is for a dear friend I've known for a long time (another former Navy wife). I love the fact that our little community has stayed so close over so many years. Our husbands didn't serve aboard ships and we rotated to some pretty remote stations in the world. We were each others sisters, aunts, and sometimes (depending on age) mothers. Many of us would say we were "raised up" by one another.
I've been using a new camera. For those that like the photo information here it is:

Goodness gracious, Susie!!
No stamps and such an elegant card - all the better to keep in touch with those special 'Sisters' of yours all thru the years! Love how you mirrored the roses in your image on the card, and added the dainty pearls and ribbon - how beautiful!!
This has the look of studio portrait! A PRO-FESS-IONAL Photographer!! You sure know what you are doing with a camera!!! I just put 'er on automatic and shoot! WOW!

Oh Susie I LOVE this card! Pink and green is probably my favorite color combo and the old fashioned flower cart is just charming. I really love that little pink and white back ground paper AND the paper under the cart. Your photography is beautiful with the roses on the side. The whole presentation and design is just lovely
