If you look at a close-up of the project, you'll see the wings were embossed with gold powder and then I covered them with Dazzling Details. The Dazzing Details make the cardstock warp a little bit, which is perfect in this case because I wanted to give the wings some shape.
The background was created by stamping the cloud image in Versamark on a sheet of First Edition Designer paper and then sponging Wisteria Wonder ink. I then ran the sheet through the Big Shot with the heart border embossing folder and sponged the hearts lightly with a darker ink to make them stand out.
