Another F4A129 Ombre, Mon Amie! Shaded technique, which worked perfectly using a piece of the Water Stamping Technique that I had sitting on my desk. I used my Bird Builder Punch on the piece of background that was WW sponged with Melon Mambo and Pumpkin Pie inks.
I just love the new SU Essentials Paper Piercing pack that has 3, 6x6 pierced mats. This was my 1st time to use the Decorative Label pierced template. I love how easy and what a cool effect it made.
Enjoy my 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" quick and fun card.
This card also qualifies for the Cas-ual Friday's Challenge to make a square card.

Lovely! I think the water stamping really adds nice visual interest and depth to the bird. I also like how you kept all the other elements neutral so the bird and branch really pop.

OMG, Nancy, this is gorgeous!! Love your "didn't work" water stamping paper - looks fabulous with that punch. There you go using that punch again ... mine still has dust on it! But you have inspired me to pull it out! I love the white-on-white layering ... and that piercing is the perfect detail.
So pretty, Nancy! I love the bird and branch out of the water stamping piece! It really pops on the pure white and I like the piercing around the window! Well done!

Absolutely fantastic!! Everything came together just perfectly. Love the idea of using a punch to show off this pretty technique. Thanks, too, for reminding me to use this punch.
