This is for today's WT387 (Something Old), and Monday's TLC389 (Blissful Backgrounds).
WT387: I used a border stamp on the bottom of card from Stampology (On the Edge) that I have had FOREVER and NEVER used. I really like the look it gave. I also used my little girl image from Crafty Individuals, although she isn't quite as old.
TLC389: I combined two techniques for the background on my image. First I scored the grid lines with my Scor Pal. Then I added the technique called Wrinkle Free Distress. You can see the tutorial here for that:

A beautiful card, Barb....with a very haunting look to me. Love the face of the young girl and the beautiful colors you have used on her and the surrounding bg.

Great card! Nicely colored image. Good use of techniques. I'll have to try scoring and placing the distressed paper in the sections. It looks cool! Love your border stamp and the bigger border strip, too.

What a great result you got from these techniques! That scored image is really special and I do agree that the border image across the bottom does add a lot to the beauty of your card.
