I've loved this wrinkle free distressing technique ever since I first tried it for the TLC364. It just makes me happy to see what happens....and I'm always happiest when my fingers are inky.
My living room inspired this card. I tried to take a picture with the wall that inspired it in the background. Hope you can see what I mean. The barbed wire wreath on the card has a counterpart as well on the wall right behind the card.
It doesn't show well in the photo, but I used the sewing machine to make multiple freehand lines of stitching, then swooshed over it with the More Mustard sponge to show it off.

Ooh, thanks for sharing what inspired your creation! I love the rustic background you created, and the line of stars is awesome. I love that this challenge gives everyone a glimpse into our own lives and spaces. I'm so glad you could play along today!!
