WOW! I am so amazed at this card! What detail and the colors are great together!
What did you do to get the detail on the cut out flowers? Are they embossed? Any tips on the realistic shape on the flowers--did you just use your fingers?

Wow! I didn't think this card was my best effort by far - thanks for the lovely compliments.
The flowers were stamped in the various inks and cut out by hand - not that great of a job at cutting! LOL
After cutting I applied my favorite glue which is made by Seaside Stamping - a Maryland company that does show up at various conventions. It's a pvc type glue that turns everything glossy and bendable and it dries clear. While the glue was still wet I sprinkled some glitter onto the flowers.
After they all dried I just affixed some pop-dot type things to the back and placed them. I "bent" them after they were in place.
