Peggy has some lovely soft summertime colors for us today - I used them to make pinwheels - all in a row! I die cut two borders - large scallop and Monarch Border and layered them under my panel - then stamped my sentiment in the corner and added some bling!
I think I got the dessert in - Pinwheels would be a fun table decoration or toy for the kids to play with at at patio party!

this is so cute Julia-love the pinwheels-and what a creative idea for a garden party-love both of your border dies-especially the monarch-everytime you use it I remember that I want it (lol)!!
