I've used Mojo Monday's sketch, the Shabby Tea Room's pink inspiration photo and Judy's ruched ribbon technique to make this vintage card. I took some Moss Green Vintage Seam binding, laid down a strip of Scor-Tape and methodically bunched up the ribbon to make two stems coming out from the flower cluster.

Andrea, this card is gorgeous. I love the shabby chic look! I love the beautiful rose paper and also the polka dot paper. Love the gorgeous frame around the sentiment, and the ruched ribbon is perfect for those pretty flowers!

So Beautiful, I didn't even have to look at your description and I knew it was a card for the Shabby tea room challenge, it fits the challenge so perfectly!
