Now this is my kind of weather!!!! It's raining Cupcakes!!! Different flavors too! LOL
I thought this digi from Hambo Stamps was too cute to pass up for today's Free for All challenge. We were to make a card having to do with weather.
The image is colored with copic markers. Then I added some Glossy Accents to the raincoat and her hat. It looks just like one of those "slickers" from when I was a kid. Does anyone else remember calling them that?
I, free hand, cut a cloud out of gray cardstock and added puffy paint. It looks pretty good, but it is a little heavy. The card itself is a shape card using the Cricut Sentimentals cartridge.
Thanks for stopping by to take a peek!

How adorable, Kathleen. I'd like some REAL rain, but your version would be a close second! : ) The the yellow slicker...made all the more so with your Glossy Accents.

Raining cupcakes...now, I really like that kind of weather. Where can I find it? LOL I guess I never heard the raincoat and hat called 'slickers'. I guess because we grew up in a different area of the country. Your card is a real cutie.

I'll take a chocolate one with chocolate icing and choc. chips inside too! Now that's my kinda cupcake! YES, I remember slickers and you did a great job with making that raincoat look slick so that NOTHING will stick to it, not even the cupcakes! : ) What a "sweet" little card with pretty colors!

Ha, we still have one of those yellow slickers hanging in a closet around here - I used to wear it on rainy field trips with my preschool classes ; ) This is an adorable image and so nicely colored!
