I'm helping Mary - our color challenge hostess this week - with a card sample using her colors of Gumball Green, Cherry Cobbler and Very Vanilla - with the dessert option of making it Christmas!
I finally got to use my Layered Poinsettia dies from Spellbinders that I bought at the end of last season after seeing so many beautiful creations made with them here in the galleries!
I die cut a circle out of the front of my card and layered the poinsettia on the inside on top of a stamped doily. I die cut a larger Eyelet circle, cut out the center and adhered it over the opening on the front of my card.
I stamped the sentiment on a die cut banner and layered it over the base of the opening with thick foam dots. I added glue to the tips of the poinsettia and leaves and dipped them in Dazzling Diamonds.
I didn't have the specific SU colors listed so I used what I had that was close.
We hope you'll join us in the color challenge this week!

I love this beautiful Christmas card Julia-the poinsettia looks great the way you layered it on top of the doily - your colors subs are right on by the way
