Steph's WT challenge today was to use "stitches". I did not use real stitching on my card, but chose stamps that depict it... blanket stitches on the border and heart edge.

Such an eye-catching card in the gallery and even better up close! Love the stamped stitching and the sponged edges and that pinked edge heart in the gingham is darling....right into my favorites Sallie!

I just love all kinds of stitching cards and this one is at the top of the list! What a fabulous card. Love the colours and that little piece of gingham.

What fun to use a blanket stitch around the edge! I love that gingham heart...looks like a little embroidered pincushion. Great shading on your spool of thread..it looks real!
