This is where things get a little "trick-y" LOL! I made the pedestal with some textured black cardstock. It took a little while to figure out the placement of the pedestal and then the placement of the moon. I also added the cloud to the moon and on the right a tree. The tree is adhered to the pedestal. For the base, I used the same papers and cut lots of rows. Lastly I added the Bat to the cloud and the black cat and Frankie. I am so happy to say, it does fold completely down, but does not close flat. So I consider this challenge a success! Thanks for stopping by to take a peek!

What an awesome Halloween card, Kathleen! Love your spooky scene...mine doesn't fold flat either; hence the ribbon! I don't think any of them fold flat, so I'd say you're a huge success!

You're outside was sweet, but the inside is totally fabulous - what a wonderful scene you created. I love the way the moon is popped up above the trees like that.
I must say I was pleasantly please that mine did fold flat , but I tried a mock-up first.

What a totally "bootiful" card!!!!! I love making halloween cards, so I'm glad I have grandchildren to send them to I love how you made the inside of your card a scene. And all of the details on your pop up............oh my. I too had never made one of these cards and it took me forever. But it was a great challenge and I'm glad I decided to participate. Doesn't it feel great when you master a challenge????
