Coming up with a title for this creation is difficult. The pretty blue c/s looks like water and the copper star is lacy.
jasonw1, aka Peggy, did a beautiful card using this Deco die for part of a flower. Being the off kilter person that I am, I found it easier for placement if I used a star. Taking it one step further, I added another star on top that has been creased to make it 3D. First I love the look of the 3D star and then you add the lace to it and it gives another dimension, The pretty blue bg just adds even more to the whole look.
I pierced around the corners of the copper panel and added half pearls. The watery blue panel has been embossed with the dots ef.

What a beautiful card Jennifer!! The first thing that I think I noticed was the pretty blue that really resembles water. The copper looks outstanding on there also. You are always so unique. :>)

Before reading your details, I thought the dots were part of the original c/s. Copper always shows up fantastic on anything blue. But I think blue is part of copper's natural state as all the copper pieces I have found in the raw have some blue on the piece somewhere.
