Lois's challenge for the CCEE Stampers this week was to use three circles on our card. I do have a favourite sketch with three circles, but I decided instead to use my three circles for a telescoping card. Because I wasn't sure if it would be cheating ;-) to use more circles for layering I did a lot of sponging instead.
My square base is 5 3/4" watercolour paper, stamped with CAC music score with Versamark and embossed with clear EP. Then I spponged it with Tumbled Glass and Broken China. It's edged with narrow DST and blue glitter.
Telescope - 2 circles and one Lacy Circle, sponged while in the die. Spellbinders Create a Flake 1 is cut from white glitter card and sponged with blue while in the die. I used gem brads for the fastenings, and stamped a Penny Black sentiment on base layer.

Sabrina, this is super. I love the telescoping and the colors are so wintry...perfect for Christmas and New Year's. Such a pretty musical background, too.

I've yet to try this cool telescoping technique, Sabrina. I absolutely LOVE how you used it for a Christmas card!! This beauty is going into my faves for future inspiration.
