Very nice sketch today. I chose to do an Asian themed card. The ornate gold circle element was made using some Spellbinders foil paper I found in my stash...I got it one time at a stamping show..I'm sure I saw a demo and fell in love. This was the first time I used it..so much for love! It was a pain in the you know what to punch out the little pieces..much more difficult than regular paper. I made my own little fan using some Asian paper and put stickles and glitter on top for some added sparkle.

Polly, this is gorgeous! The gold is so pretty and well worth what it took to get it punched out.

WOW! LOVE your Asian Fan card! That foil may have been troublesome, but it looks so amazing!!! I thought it was metal when I first saw it and wondered who makes that?!! And I love your fan, the gold stickles really adds to it's charm! You handled this challenge beautifully!!!

Don't you just love (not) those demos that make everything look so easy. I fall for them too. This is GREAT. I love the gold. The colors are perfect for the card.

Well that gold foil may have been hard to deal with, but it looks totally amazing on this asian themed card, Polly! Seriously, it looks like real gold since it's so thick! Your bg dp goes perfectly, and I can't say enough about that cute little hand fan you created! How pretty with the gold around the edges~
