Happy start of the week. My project today was inspired by my love of flowers. I purchased the Papertrey Ink – Parisian Lace Doily die a while ago but have not had the chance to use it. I must say it is a beautiful die and cuts so cleanly you only need one pass through a die cutting machine. I die cut four Cheery Lynn Designs Lace Corners and attached them to my yellow cardstock, then glued the Doily in place. To create the flowers I used the Martha Stewart Cornflower punch and punched four flowers for each one. Glued them together and rolled the center piece. I thought it would be fun to add a dab of glue and fill the centers with Gala Glitz. I also took my Sakura 3-D Crystal lacquer and filled the center cavity that way the beads don’t fall out. After the flowers were dry I attached the branch and rose leaves to complete the foliage and then glued them to the Doily. To complete the card I ran my Birthday note through a printer and then die cut the tag with the Spellbinders Fancy Tags two.

Most beautiful! I love the flowers and I am quite sure I have the cornflower punch. Your corners are so dainty/frilly. Love all the dies you used. TU for being so faithful to comment on my cards. I appreciate it.
