This sweet card is done using an edgeabilities border and one insert to make the lace strips. They are done on the wonderful suede c/s by HOTP. This card is full of texture. The light brown panel is c/s from The Paper Co.
Sweet is stamped and embossed and the 2 ribbons are layered so IRL the color is close to the c/s.
I do have to say, the washi tape worked well for the holding the c/s while die cutting, though I didn't try the embossing. That's where I have run into trouble with the c/s sticking to the tape and ripping.
This card could be used as a baby girl card.

Jennifer, this is gorgeous!!! I love your embossed top (that's a wonderful folder) and ruffly skirt (That suede paper is beyond pretty!) and "sweet" belt! It all comes together for the most beautiful outfit!!! LOVE your fantastic card, Jennifer!!!

Although it has no relation to this card, the first time I saw it I thought of milk chocolate ice cream with strawberry and cool whip topping. So in my mind the card was upside down.
