I needed three more cards for my June quota so a bulk production was called for; for reasons of economy I made 4.
A2, base is a pearlescent silver card, next layer is red.
Main background layer is Wax Paper resist using Provocraft Snowflakes ef, waxed paper, glossy card and Iced Spruce distress ink. Edges distressed, See-D's sentiment stamped with Staz-On black.
Image stamped on Bristol Board, minimal colouring with Festive Berries and Frayed Burlap. Silver Liquid Pearls for the falling snow, AppliGlue for the snow on the grounds. It's layered on Fleur de Lis squares and popped up on foam.

The snowflake background turned out beautifully - I must try that. Great card - I like the fact that you let the background take centre stage with just a small stamped image and sentiment.

How pretty these turned out. I love that image and I never thought to use that Fleur de Lis as a background. It's a wonderful detail. Thanks for sharing that link. I have not tried that technique, but seeing how beautiful your cards are, I will have to give it a try.

You have created a beautiful back ground using that technique - something else in the to do box!! I love layering using the Fleur de Lis squares ..... so pretty.
