I used the scrap negative border from cutting MFT chevrons for my border.

Accessories: PTI buttons, Sakuro glaze pen (gold bells on collar), M.S. butterfly punch, SU heart punch, MFT die, Zig pen, Signo white gel pen, SU sponges for distressing, Tim Holtz scissors for fussy cutting

LOL That is one big-eyed kitty cat!!! Love it, it is so CUTE!!!!! Those buttons make the cutest eyes and they are shaped like cat eyes too! Love the blue background with your white faux stitching, it makes such a wonderful addition to your framing! And that little butterfly is so sweet!!! Wonderful card Gabby!!!
