Made for the My Favorite Things Guest DT contest for July 2012. Using the Die-Namics hexagon die, I pieced a Grandmother's Flower Garden quilt for the background, then dry-embossed it with a little flower pattern to simulate quilting. The little girl from You're So Tweet is colored, paper-pieced, and cut out. The sentiment is from Blooming Good Day.

CONGRATS on being selected as the FS today! Enjoy the tributes! This card is Sweet! Nice use of paper hexagons and what a sweet PI. I have a small antique quilt collection and one of my very favorites is my turn-of-the-century G'ma's flower garden. It is now over 100 yrs old.
