This is my card for color challenge 381. Julia is our hostess and she chose the in-colors of pool party-island indigo and also whisper white. I didnÂ’t take the dessert option this week.
For my card I used the poppy image from the new set by Mark’s Finest Papers “welcome poppies”. I heat embossed the image on island indigo cardstock. I used pool party as my card base.
Added some white satin ribbon and island indigo ruffled ribbon and my bow has a pool party button added to the center.
The sentiment is from another Mark’s Finest Papers set – “dogwood blossoms”.
I completed my card with pearls and a butterfly punched in pool party.
