I changed the image, the nestie panel, the color scheme, embossed the back panel, distressed the stars so the white would show through, distressed the edges, added faux stitching, and pierced around the sentiment - which brings me to the second challenge:
F4A122 Piercin' it. I have done piercing around the edges and on corners, but I have never pierced around a round sentiment before. Made me a little nervous because I don't have any of those fancy piercing templates.
As you can see I am still working on some "4th" cards :) Thanks for taking a closer look, hope you like it :)

What a great tribute to our awesome country, Barbie! I love the twine, stitching and that piercing looks pretty fine to me for not having a template to go by! Thank you for honoring me today with this sweet card! I feel so blessed! : )

I was wondering about that stamp until I realized it wasn't a stamp..it's a very cool sticker. I think you did great on the piercing..you wouldn't have done any better using a template. Terrific patriotic card!
