Today is the second day of the June blog hop for Mark's Finest Papers and Stamps, A Heinrich Co.
I made two cards for today featuring the new set, I'm in Stitches.
We would love for you to join us and maybe win a nice stamp set.
For my chest, I found a tutorial on ehow.com for making a chest but instead just kind of made the front of mine to look like theirs..using a scor-pal, cardstock, and some brads. Then, I just cut a piece of dp for the cloth and embossed. I brushed on a bit of black and white ink around the drawers to make it look old.

Woo Baby that's one cool card! I love your fabulous vibrant red and your cool old fashioned sewing machine! BTW - was that the sewing machine that you used to make clothes for you children back when you were young? Hmmm OLB! ;) Someone has to razz you or where is the fun! BTW - I mailed you a late birthday card last Sunday.... ;)

What's new? DA BENZ can't SEW! Da Benz CANNOT SEW! But, once again, what a spectacular sewing themed card. What great special details. I love it Benzalina who can't sew!

How cute! Love this vintage sewing machine and your chest. It's so adorable looking. I almost bought a sewing machine today at lunch from goodwill. It was $15.99 but was missing the foot pedal and plug in. It was electronic so I didn't know if it worked. My sons girlfriend wants to sew. I was going to get it for her...anyway I am rambling...lol
