EMILY'S CARD was my inspiration today. Lovely gallery full of great ideas. I stamped and colored the balloons on my bg and cut out my digital diploma and cap and mounted them with mounting tape on Cuttlebugged papers of silver and red. Decorated the envelope and VOILA!!

What a striking card, Phyllis, and I love how you always make a perfectly matching envelope, that must really make the recipient feel special...the color combo is fantastic for a grad card.
