Steph asked us to make a manly card for today's challenge. I made a birthday card for an elderly uncle. I started with the image from my mds. I chalked it, and then added versa mark over the entire image. I added clear and white embossing powder together to give it a muted look. Then I computered generated sentiment. I added the brown and blue panels. I finished it off with a braid. tfl

Super work on that image and a beautiful, masculine creation.

The coloring on that ship image panel is fantastic. I love this manly card. I'm sure Uncle Don will too. That little touch of embossing on the blue is such a nice touch.

Linda, this card is gorgeous. I love how your ship looks like it is sailing in a mist. I love it!!!
