This card has all the elements of my husbandÂ’s passion - gardening. The oak tree is from the Lovely As A Tree stamp set from Stampin' Up. I stamped it with sepia ink then stamped the upper part with the new Gumball Green (I really like this green!). When I stamped it I was actually surprised that it turned out so pretty - and perfect! The little red truck is one of my favorite stamps from the Loads of Love set (SU) along with the Loads of Love accessories which has the little man. (My husband, Richard has a big red truck - his Ford F-150 swallows me! I always feel like Edith Ann when I climb in and out of it.) I cut an oval with the SU Ovals die using Whisper White. I held my breath when I stamped the truck, hoping I would make it all on the oval! The little basket of flowers is from a retired set called Bitty Bouquets (SU).
The paper is from Basic Grey called Serendipity. I colored the images with Versamarker (flower centers) and lots of SU Stampin' Markers. The sentiment is from the retired set called Plane and Simple (Happy Father's Day) and the little quote at the top is from For All You Do (SU).
