Those who do and those who don't: own and love their electronic cutting machines. I don't and rather righteously, stubbornly won't. So when this week's free for all challenge was posted, I went into mourning-- I'd not missed a week-day challenge in almost six weeks now, and didn't want to miss this one. THEN I remembered: Years ago, the owner of the local scrapbooking store had one of the first Cricuts and was encouraging her patrons in its virtues and uses. Together, Paige and I fiddled with some of the word cuts. The results were tucked away in my files. Who knows when I'd be ready to use them?
Well, now, of course. I sponged a stripe and applied one of our word cuts.
Lesson learned: Be careful what you throw out!

How cute is this? Now aren't you glad you saved it??? My message on my card was for you......and sure enough, I found the frogs! Now my mother will give this card to my DH and I can do the Singing Frog for him after all! Life is good!

It's wonderful things we save isn't it....and they pop back up when needed. I'm glad you didn't break your "challenge streak"! : 0 Really a very dramatic CAS card with the red-violet torn strip with the crisp black lettering.

I wouldn't have remembered I had saved it - that's my problem. Love your sponged stripe - looks very watercoloured - and the makes the bold black pop! Great!

So glad you found this Cricut message cause it would be a shame to break your challenge streak - and we wouldn't have been able to enjoy this CAS beauty!
