What a great challenge...I love to use banners!! My card features Rubbernecker's Cherry Blossom stamp #609-05. The stamp was colored with markers and stamped on the vanilla cardstock. The sentiment is from RN's Fashion Icon's set #456 and the paper is from Anna Griffin. The Twinery twine and Cherry Lynn vine flourish die finish it off. TFL!!

I love how you stamp in color! I cannot seem to master that technique! But you sure can! Your card is so pretty! Plus I love a red, white and blue card, especially this time of year!!! Lastly, that sentiment is the BEST!!!
